Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual execution of our brand across all retail and marketing touchpoints. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, deep experience in retail branding, and the ability to translate business and marketing objectives into compelling creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for retail campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
  • Design marketing materials across multiple channels, including in-store signage, packaging, digital assets, social media, e-commerce, email campaigns, and print collateral
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications and customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to support business goals
  • Lead the design process from concept through final production, including briefing, layouts, revisions, and approvals
  • Mentor and provide creative guidance to junior designers when needed
  • Work with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Stay up to date with design trends, retail market trends, and emerging technologies
  • Report to Creative & Marketing Director for direction and approvals
  • Present and attend meetings with Brand Managers and external suppliers

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in retail or consumer brands
  • Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment
