Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing multiple brand accounts, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies across social media, paid media, email/SMS campaigns, and client communications.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Develop, plan, and maintain monthly content calendars across all social media platforms.
- Create engaging posts, visuals, and captions tailored to brand voice and target audiences.
- Schedule and publish content consistently to maximize reach and engagement.
Advertising & Paid Media
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to achieve ROI goals
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and placements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Email & SMS Marketing
- Create and deploy email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, design coordination, and segmentation.
- Execute offline SMS campaigns for promotions, announcements, and customer engagement
- track open rates, CTR, and conversions, providing performance reports with actionable insights.
Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for multiple brand accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on campaign goals and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients/management on account performance.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and marketing materials.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign data across all channels.
- Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and retention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, digital marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and content creation best practices.
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising campaigns, including optimization and A/B testing.
