Position Overview:
As an Area Sales Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of multiple retail stores within a designated region. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that each store meets its sales targets, provides excellent customer service, and adheres to the brand’s standards and guidelines. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a passion for fashion retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple retail stores, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor operational consistency, inventory control, and loss prevention.
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for growth, supporting store teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate Store Managers and their teams, providing feedback and development plans to enhance performance and engagement.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-quality talent within the area.
- Promote and uphold excellent customer service standards, addressing feedback and driving improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the development and implementation of area-specific business strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to optimize business performance.
- Maintain effective communication between stores and management, ensuring alignment on priorities and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar leadership role in fashion retail.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to analyze and act on data.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for fashion and staying updated on industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience with multi-store management in a high-end or fast-paced fashion retail environment.
