Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin / HR Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist the HR department with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming calls and transfer them accordingly.
- Handle office supplies and stationery orders, ensuring stock availability.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring managers.
- Send interview invitations and follow-up emails to candidates.
- Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare and update HR reports, employee records, and documentation.
- Support onboarding and general employee administrative processes when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in administration, receptionist, or HR support roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
