Job Description:
The Web UX Specialist is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing the overall user experience across digital platforms. This role focuses on understanding user behaviors, needs, and pain points to ensure seamless navigation, accessibility, and satisfaction without involvement in interface design.

Responsibilities:

• Create user personas, journey maps, and workflows to guide product and web development.
• Analyze usability, accessibility, and performance of existing websites to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure user-centric solutions.
• Design wireframes and flow diagrams to illustrate user pathways.
• Conduct usability testing sessions and provided actionable recommendations.
• Measure and monitor key UX metrics such as task success rate, time on task, and user satisfaction.
• Ensure digital platforms comply with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and identify pain points
• Collaborate with developers to implement solutions
• Maintain brand consistency while improving the overall user experience
• Keep up with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UX research, usability testing, and user behavior analysis.
• Proficiency in tools for UX research and testing
• Proven Previous experience in user experience or related field.
