Job Role:
The IT & Inventory specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient stock management across multiple store locations while supporting IT-related inventory systems. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and providing technical assistance to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular and accurate inventory counts across multiple store locations.
• Assist in reconciling stock discrepancies and reporting variances.
• Support the IT department in maintaining and troubleshooting inventory-related systems and devices.
• Ensure proper use of stock management software and scanning devices during counts.
• Collaborate with store managers and warehouse teams to verify stock levels and product movements.
• Maintain organized records of stock count results and prepare reports for management.
• Assist in implementing best practices for stock control and loss prevention.
• Provide support for other operational tasks related to IT and inventory as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in inventory control, stock counting, or IT support is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with stock management systems and scanning devices.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory software.
