Job Summary

Pearl Brands SAL is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall store presentation and brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide product information and styling advice to help customers make informed choices

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenishment of stock

• Handle transactions accurately at the cash register

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new arrivals, and promotions

• Support in inventory control, stock checks, and deliveries

• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the store at all times

• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous retail or fashion sales experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required

• Fluent in Arabic, with good knowledge of English or French
